perfect location, good stay!

perfect location friendly staff daily service

The location was very nice.. we were just a short walk from everything i wanted to see. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even assisted us with directions. my room, a classic double or twin room, was clean and serviced daily, which i always appreciate.

the toilet paper was placed a bit too high above the head in the bathroom. it was kind of inconvenient to reach it, i think a different placement would be better.

the reception operated 24 hours, very convenient for late arrivals or early departures. the staff offered cappuccino on request during breakfast, which i found to be a lovely touch. they were always ready to help with any questions.

a water machine allowed guests to refill water bottles around the clock, a great initiative. the decor featured a typical venetian style.. it added to the charm. the entire place was kept looked super fresh throughout my stay.

breakfast included a good choice of options, including pastries and continental items. barista-style coffee was available, a nice perk. the breakfast service gave a good start to the day.. it was most welcome.

the staff at the hotel were friendly. my room size was good. the breakfast had sufficient variety. i like the location near piazza san marco, it was a short walk. the rooms were clean. the gondola rides.

the room lacked mirror inside the bedroom because of the electric plug malfunction in the bathroom.

friendly staff clean hotel quirky decor

i stayed five nights. staff was friendly at arrival. the hotel remained very clean. our beautiful double or twin room extra bed had lovely quirky decor. the bathroom was clean too.

the toilet paper was placed high above. it was very silly. i didn't understand that.
